1. Provider and business scope
Ready AI Go is operated by ElioVP BV, a private limited liability company incorporated under Belgian law and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0680.470.638 (“ElioVP”, “we”, “us”).
The service is offered only for business and professional use. “Customer” means the organisation identified in an order or for which a workspace is created. “Authorised User” means an administrator, learner, reseller or other person registered or invited to an account. Reseller commission and partner arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement; these Terms still govern a reseller’s use of the platform.

A Customer accepts these Terms when its authorised representative accepts them in the interface, starts a paid checkout or uses the service after being given notice of them. Each Authorised User must follow these Terms. A person accepting for a Customer confirms that they have authority to bind that organisation.
These Terms, any order or proposal expressly accepted by ElioVP, and the data-processing terms below form the agreement between ElioVP and the Customer. A signed order prevails over these Terms only for an express conflict. The data-processing terms prevail for processing performed on the Customer’s behalf. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern the payment transaction between the Customer and Paddle.

3. The service and the trial
Ready AI Go provides AI-literacy and safety training, organisation-authored courses, assignments, reminders, delayed assessments and progress reporting. A first company administrator may create a restricted trial workspace after work-email verification; other users receive access from an authorised administrator. Scores are deterministic and do not create a pass or fail result. The service is educational: it is not legal, compliance, employment, cybersecurity or other professional advice, does not certify a person or organisation, and does not replace the Customer’s policies, controls or judgement.
A new Customer may receive one 14-day trial measured in exact elapsed days. The trial includes one lifetime learner slot in addition to the first administrator, one assignment of the designated trial course and no delayed assessment. CSV import, organisation-course creation and other paid features remain unavailable. A trial does not convert to a paid subscription unless a Customer representative completes checkout. Trial limits may not be bypassed by creating duplicate workspaces or identities.
4. Accounts and Customer responsibilities
The first company administrator may self-register a trial using a verified work email and confirms authority to create the workspace for the Customer. Other customer accounts are created or invited by authorised administrators. Every account uses personal, single-use sign-in links and may not be shared, transferred or made available to another person. The Customer controls its Authorised Users and is responsible for keeping account and company information accurate, assigning appropriate roles, promptly deactivating access that is no longer needed and notifying ElioVP of suspected unauthorised use.
The Customer must:
- use the service lawfully, only for its internal business purposes and only for people it is entitled to invite;
- give employees and other users the required privacy information, establish a valid legal basis for training and reporting, and issue only lawful processing instructions;
- have all rights and permissions needed for its names, logos, guidance, links, approved-tool information, courses and other material submitted to the service (“Customer Content”); and
- review its course content, assignments, deadlines, guidance and assessment settings and remain responsible for employment, policy, compliance and operational decisions made using reports from the service.
5. Acceptable use
A Customer or Authorised User must not:
- upload or distribute unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringing or malicious material;
- probe, bypass or interfere with security, authentication, tenant separation, rate limits or service operation, or gain access to another account or company;
- reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, copy or create a competing service from Ready AI Go, except to the limited extent that mandatory law expressly permits;
- submit passwords, authentication secrets, real client data or unnecessary sensitive personal data to course exercises or support channels; or
- use the service to monitor people unlawfully, send unsolicited messages, introduce malware or infringe another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
6. Intellectual property and Customer Content
ElioVP and its licensors own Ready AI Go, its software, design, maintained courses, assessment material, documentation, trademarks and all related intellectual-property rights. During an active trial or subscription, ElioVP grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to let its Authorised Users use the service internally in accordance with the agreement. No ownership is transferred.
The Customer retains ownership of Customer Content. It grants ElioVP and its subprocessors a non-exclusive right to host, copy, validate, adapt technically and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy, legality and versioning of its courses and guidance. ElioVP does not use Customer Content to train a general-purpose language model.
If a Customer voluntarily provides product feedback without a separate confidentiality restriction, ElioVP may use it to improve the service without payment, but will not publicly identify the Customer without permission.
7. Subscription, quantity and payment
Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and handles checkout, recurring payment, tax calculation, receipts, invoices and the buyer portal. The Customer buys the subscription through Paddle while ElioVP licenses and provides Ready AI Go under these Terms. The Paddle entity and buyer terms shown during checkout also apply to that transaction.
Unless an accepted order says otherwise, paid access is a monthly subscription in euros that renews automatically until cancelled. The price displayed at checkout and any applicable taxes are due in advance for each billing period. The Customer must provide accurate billing, contact and VAT information and authorises recurring charges.
Subscription quantity is the number of active user accounts in the Customer workspace, including administrators and invited users who have not signed in. Adding or reactivating a user increases the quantity and Paddle immediately charges the prorated amount for the rest of the current period. Deactivating or permanently deleting a user stops that user’s access immediately, but gives no credit for the current period; the lower quantity applies at the next renewal.
ElioVP may change subscription pricing by giving at least 30 days’ notice. A change applies no earlier than the next renewal after that notice. The Customer may reject the new price by cancelling before it takes effect.
8. Cancellation and refund policy
A company administrator may cancel at any time through Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents the next renewal and does not by itself refund the current period. Paid access continues until the end of that period unless it is suspended for another reason.
A buyer who qualifies as a Consumer under Paddle’s Refund Policy may withdraw from an eligible first subscription transaction, including the first payment after a free trial, and receive a full refund by submitting the request within 14 calendar days from the transaction date.
This withdrawal right is lost if, during that 14-day period, the Consumer started using or benefiting from Ready AI Go after expressly agreeing during the transaction that the service would be made available immediately and acknowledging the loss of the withdrawal right.
For any other transaction, a refund request may be submitted to Paddle within 14 calendar days from the transaction date and is handled under Paddle’s discretionary refund policy. Requests must be made through Paddle. Paddle processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible, and access covered by a refund ends. Paddle’s Refund Policy in force for the transaction governs the request and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Availability and changes to the service
ElioVP will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Unless a signed order includes a service level, no uptime or response-time commitment applies. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, internet failures and third-party infrastructure may temporarily affect availability. ElioVP will use reasonable efforts to communicate material planned interruptions.
ElioVP may improve, update or replace features and course material. It will not materially reduce the core paid service during a current billing period except where reasonably necessary for security, law or third-party dependency changes. If ElioVP permanently discontinues the whole paid service without a reasonably equivalent replacement, the Customer may receive a prorated refund for the unused prepaid period through Paddle.
10. Privacy and data-processing terms
The Ready AI Go Privacy Policy explains when ElioVP acts as a controller, including for business enquiries, account security, billing administration and support. For employee accounts and training records that ElioVP handles on the Customer’s instructions, the Customer is the controller and ElioVP is the processor. The following terms form the parties’ binding data-processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
Processing lasts for the agreement and any limited deletion or return period. Its purpose is to authenticate users, host and organise Customer Content, deliver courses and messages, record progress and assessments, report results, provide support, secure the service and delete data. Data subjects are Authorised Users and customer contacts. Data may include names, work contact details, language, role, optional job role and internal employee ID, assignments, deadlines, progress, responses, answers, scores, timestamps, company guidance and limited security or delivery records. The service does not require special-category data.
When acting as processor, ElioVP will:
- process personal data only on the Customer’s documented instructions expressed through the agreement, service configuration and support requests, unless Union or Member State law requires otherwise, and inform the Customer if an instruction appears to infringe data-protection law;
- ensure that people authorised to process the data are bound to confidentiality and receive access only as needed;
- maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures proportionate to risk, including tenant-separated access, role-based permissions, hashed single-use sign-in tokens, session revocation and limited logging;
- use subprocessors under equivalent data-protection obligations. The Customer gives general authorisation for Cloudflare group entities to provide application hosting, database and transactional-email infrastructure. ElioVP will give reasonable advance notice of a material new subprocessor; the Customer may object on documented data-protection grounds, and the parties will work in good faith on a solution;
- reasonably assist the Customer with data-subject requests, security obligations, breach notifications, impact assessments and regulator consultations, taking account of the processing and information available, and notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach affecting Customer data;
- at the Customer’s documented choice after termination, delete or return personal data processed on its behalf, unless applicable law requires retention, and ensure retained backups remain protected until overwritten; and
- provide information reasonably needed to demonstrate compliance and permit a proportionate audit by the Customer or an independent auditor under confidentiality. Audits require reasonable notice, normally use existing reports first and occur at most once per year unless a breach, regulator or credible compliance concern justifies more.
The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and minimisation of the data and instructions it provides, responding to its users as controller and avoiding special-category or other unnecessary sensitive data. ElioVP remains responsible for selecting and supervising its subprocessors. International transfers, if any, will use a lawful GDPR transfer mechanism.

11. Confidentiality
Each party must protect non-public business, technical and personal information received from the other with at least reasonable care, use it only for the agreement and disclose it only to people and providers who need it and are bound by confidentiality. This does not cover information that is public without breach, was already lawfully known, is independently developed or is lawfully received from another source. A legally required disclosure is allowed; where permitted, the receiving party will give advance notice and disclose only what is required.
12. Warranties and disclaimers
ElioVP warrants that it will provide the service with reasonable care and skill and that it has the right to license its material. The Customer’s primary remedy for a proven material breach is correction or re-performance; if ElioVP cannot do so within a reasonable time, the Customer may terminate the affected paid service and request a prorated refund for the unused prepaid period.
To the extent permitted by law, no other warranty is given. ElioVP does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that all content will remain unchanged, or that course completion, an assessment score or a badge proves legal compliance, competence or risk elimination. Mandatory warranties remain unaffected.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity or reputation arising from the agreement. Each party must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss.
ElioVP’s total aggregate liability arising from the service in any consecutive 12-month period is limited to the subscription charges the Customer paid to Paddle for Ready AI Go during the 12 months before the first event giving rise to liability. For a free trial, the cap is EUR 100.
Nothing in the agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury, the Customer’s payment obligations, or any liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.
14. Third-party claims
ElioVP will defend a third-party claim that the unmodified Ready AI Go service, when used as permitted, infringes that party’s intellectual-property rights. ElioVP may obtain a right of use, modify or replace the affected part, or terminate it and arrange a prorated refund for the unused prepaid period. This does not apply to Customer Content, unauthorised changes or use, or combinations not supplied by ElioVP.
The Customer will defend and indemnify ElioVP against a third-party claim caused by Customer Content, an unlawful Customer instruction, or use of the service in material breach of these Terms. The protected party must notify the other promptly, allow reasonable control of the defence and settlement, and provide reasonable cooperation. No settlement may admit fault or impose a non-monetary obligation on the protected party without its consent.
15. Suspension and termination
ElioVP may limit or suspend access where payment is past due, a Customer or user materially breaches the agreement, continued access creates a credible security or legal risk, or a competent authority requires it. Where practical, ElioVP will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Immediate action is allowed when delay would increase harm or violate law. Company administrators retain billing access while a subscription is in a billing-only state.
Either party may terminate for a material breach that remains uncured 15 days after written notice, or immediately for insolvency where applicable law permits. A Customer may also terminate by cancelling the subscription for the end of its billing period. On termination, access and the licence end, but accrued payment duties and provisions intended to survive remain effective. Customer data is then handled under section 10.
16. Changes to these Terms
ElioVP may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect and will not materially alter an already paid period retroactively. A change required urgently by law or security may take effect sooner with an explanation. If the Customer does not agree, it must stop using the service and cancel before the change applies; continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.
17. General and governing law
Belgian law governs the agreement, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting proceedings, the parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve a dispute through their business contacts. The courts having jurisdiction for ElioVP’s registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires another forum.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, except for payment obligations. Neither party may assign the agreement without the other’s written consent, not to be unreasonably withheld, except with notice to an affiliate or successor to substantially all relevant business that assumes the obligations. If a provision is unenforceable, it is adjusted only as far as needed and the rest remains effective. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. The agreement creates no partnership, employment or agency relationship.
English and Dutch versions are provided. They are intended to have the same meaning; if an inconsistency cannot reasonably be resolved, the English version prevails.
18. Contact and notices
Questions, complaints, legal notices and refund requests may be sent to the details below. ElioVP may send operational or contractual notices to the Customer administrator’s registered work email or through the service. Email notices are considered received on the next business day unless a delivery failure is reported.
